Herman Miller Aeron has to be one the most iconic desk chairs on the market. That’s why it has to be on this list of best day trading chairs. This is a beautifully designed and sophisticated looking chair.
The Aeron is unique in the sense that unlike most desk chairs the Aeron chair uses a woven pellicle material for both the seat and the back. The Herman Miller Sayl Chair is another unique chair by Herman Miller. I love the designer look of this chair. But I understand that it may not be to every ones taste. The most striking feature of the chair is the netted plastic back rest that is contoured to the users body.
The back of the chair is made from a flexible plastic mesh supported by a vertical plastic spine. The mesh design molds and adjusts to your body shape beautifully.
As with all Herman Miller chairs the build quality is excellent. the chair is constructed from high quality plastic, durable textile material to the seat and steel frame and custom lifting mechanism.
The chair offers a good amount of seat adjustment. The seat depth can be adjusted forward an d back. The seat height is adjustable 15.5″ – 20″ (39-51 cm) and armrest is vertically adjustable 6.7″ – 10.8″ (17-27 cm). The armrest depth can be adjusted. Small armrest lateral and pivot adjustments can also be made. The chair also includes tilt lock and tilt tension adjustments. the lumbar support can be adjusted vertically.
This is a very ergonomic chair that will last you for an incredibly long time. Just do not expect the comfort levels that the more expensive counterparts bring to the table.
